OnUserPropertyChanged Event
Fires when a user property changed.
Syntax
SiteCafe.Server.Users.OnUserPropertyChanged = handler

Parameters
| index |
Long value that contains the user property index. |
| flags |
Long value that contains the change flags. |
Remarks
Possible flags are:
1 : inserted
2 : updated
3 : deleted
The object that caused the event can be referenced in the event function using "this".

The following example displays the property index and flags when a user property changed.
