Fires when the credit changes.


Syntax 

    SiteKiosk.Plugins("SiteCash").ZoneDispatch.OnBalanceChange = handler
Remarks
    The object that caused the event can be referenced in the event function using "this".
Examples
    The following example shows the current credit.
